America's Cup - China Team

After record crowds and success in Naples, in 2012 the America’s Cup World Series headed to Venice for the penultimate regatta in the inaugural AC World Series.

The race took place from May 15th to 20th and was part of a festival of sailing over nine days, from May 12th to 20th.

The race course in Venice is one of the narrowest and most challenging in the world. In this particular case it was also the most beautiful: the backdrop to the racing was the entrance to the Grand Canal, the Doge’s Palace and St. Mark’s Square.

The event featured nine boats from seven countries, including: China Team (China), Artemis Racing (Sweden), Luna Rossa Challenge (Italy) and ORACLE Racing (USA).

360 Degrees Film was China Team’s partner. It supported the team with the management services during the regatta, the launch and in the shipyard situated at the Arsenale.
