L’Intruso is a short that focuses on the difficult relationship between a father and his son. The background of the story is represented by the growing tension that animates a small town in Veneto, shaken by the arrival of some immigrants.
L’Intruso is directed by Paduan film director Filippo Meneghetti and stars Roberto Citran, Nicoletta Maragno, Diego Pagotto and Francesca Sartore.
L’Intruso has won the “Best Short Movie Award” during the fifteenth edition of the Genoa Film Festival, “because it faces in an original way, with strong personality and maturity, themes of dramatic contemporary issues such as immigration, family issues and power relationships, nonetheless showing great skills in directing actors and narrative synthesis.”
